Service Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the total service cost.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the moving process has started.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- If our team fails to provide the service as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the service provided.
- In case of damage or loss of items Company will not responsible.
- If the service is not delivered as per the agreed terms and conditions, a partial refund may be considered (Depending on agreement).
Non-Refundable Services
- Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been completed successfully.
- Any additional charges incurred due to customer delays or last-minute changes are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, customers must email info.pakkhilji@gmail.com or call +92 3 111 222 073 within 5 hours of the service completion.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 15 business days. (As per Agreement)
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 15-30 business days to reflect in your account (As per agreement).
Complaint Resolution
- If you experience any issues with our service, we encourage you to contact our customer support team immediately.
- We aim to resolve all complaints within 7-10 business days.
